Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to pause services or withhold deliverables for overdue accounts. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you submit potential content or data to us, you warrant that you have the necessary rights to do so. We are not liable for any copyright infringements regarding materials provided by the client.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nusa & North shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
